Refund Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something’s off with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll need:

  • A clear photo of the item

  • A description of the issue

  • Your order number
     

Email us at hello@refillrituals.com and we’ll sort it out.

If the issue is confirmed (thanks to our production partner, Printify), we’ll arrange a replacement or refund - no stress, no hoops.

What We Can't Refund

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing or colour choice (please triple-check your cart before ordering)

  • Delayed shipping due to carrier issues (we wish we controlled the mail, but alas)

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived after 30 days, please reach out - we’ll help track it down or organise a replacement if needed.
