Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something’s off with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll need:

A clear photo of the item

A description of the issue

Your order number
Email us at hello@refillrituals.com and we’ll sort it out.
If the issue is confirmed (thanks to our production partner, Printify), we’ll arrange a replacement or refund - no stress, no hoops.
What We Can't Refund

Change of mind

Incorrect sizing or colour choice (please triple-check your cart before ordering)

Delayed shipping due to carrier issues (we wish we controlled the mail, but alas)
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order hasn't arrived after 30 days, please reach out - we’ll help track it down or organise a replacement if needed.
